The BeeBodi Marketplace took a trip to Hawaii, one of the many places worth exploring for those who enjoy chasing after sunrises, gazing upon open skies, marveling at rainbows after storms or facing high crashing waves for a Surf.

A Mom, Local Hawaiian and Scholarship Winner of Wanderlust Festival 2019 w/Stacey G.

The island rests between Asia and the US Mainland, on its own a vision of nature, beauty and happiness. But like many places around the world, even in Paradise there is the risk of planetary destruction from development and the carelessness of Human activity.

One Woman, California native and Breast Cancer survivor solves this problem by making a difference in her immediate community. Early morning she goes out to the shorelines to pick up plastic and other recyclable wastes that’s left on the beaches by locals and visitors. Stacey saw the treasure in the trash, she carries the articles home for a thorough washing and drying. When their ready she punctures a whole in them and prepares them for beautification….in the form dangling earrings, a necklaces, an ornament and other sustainable creations to be sold to the public.

A Hanging finished Work

This simple act of love and humanitarianism not only restores but helps educate and rebuild. She shares this skill with children and in various workshops where she can explain the harm and danger that littering and leaving floating particles can do to our waters and Earth.

Stacey she is sadden at the sight of things left near the water, but the creations we makes gives her hope.

Here’s a little bit more about Stacey:

Jewelry was represented by Fragments Showroom in Los Angeles and New York. This was a time of humungous growth for the line. After a few years, Stacey realized that she wanted to pull back and return to her roots of selling on a much smaller scale. Currently Stacey G. Jewelry can be found in Sundance Catalog and a select group of retail stores.

Also Stacey loves to have jewelry trunk shows at peoples homes or place of business. This can be a money maker for the individual giving the show, as Stacey pays the host a 15% commission of everything she sells.

Teaching Women how to create their own Masterpieces

Check out my moments creating my own Masterpieces. I decided to give my store bought Dream Catcher away as a gift and put up my creation. It trickles in the wind making calming ASMR sounds as it hit up against the wall or window pane.
